Summary
Role: Product Owner Location : Onsite (Peoria IL or Chicago IL) Need someone with Fleet management or telematics experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support Lead PO in customer journey mapping (purchase, upgrade, billing, cancellation)
Manage and prioritize product backlog with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Billing, and Integration teams
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
Build scalable models for direct billing & multi-payment options
Leverage analytics & Voice of Customer (VoC) insights to optimize flows
Support pilot launches and phased rollouts across regions and assets
Required Skills
Strong experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst in Digital Platforms
Expertise in:
Agile / Scrum environments
Backlog grooming & prioritization
Writing user stories & technical requirements
Experience with:
Subscription-based or billing/payment systems
Customer journey mapping & UX collaboration
Cross-functional stakeholder management
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills
