SAP Hybris Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Hybris Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform, B2B/B2C eCommerce implementations, and integration experience across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical development capabilities and functional business process understanding.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams to design, develop, enhance, and support scalable SAP Hybris Commerce solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

•     8+ years of overall IT experience 

•     5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud 

•     Strong experience in SAP Hybris technical and functional modules 

•     Expertise in: 

o     Hybris Architecture 

o     Cockpits / Backoffice 

o     WCMS 

o     Product Content Management (PCM) 

o     Order Management 

o     Promotions & Pricing 

o     Catalog Management 

o     Customer & User Management 

•     Experience with B2B and B2C Commerce implementations 

•     Strong Java/J2EE development background 

•     Hands-on experience with: 

o     Spring Framework 

o     REST/SOAP APIs 

o     Impex 

o     CronJobs 

o     FlexibleSearch 

o     Solr Search Integration 

•     Experience integrating Hybris with: 

o     SAP ERP / S4 HANA 

o     SAP CPI/PI/PO 

o     CRM systems 

o     Payment gateways 

o     Third-party applications 

•     Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows and business processes 

•     Experience in production support, enhancements, and performance tuning 

•     Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies 

•     Strong communication and client-facing skills 

Responsibilities

•     Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders 

•     Translate functional requirements into technical solutions 

•     Design and develop SAP Hybris Commerce solutions 

•     Configure and customize Hybris modules based on business needs 

•     Develop integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems 

•     Support deployment, testing, and production releases 

•     Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance 

•     Participate in architecture discussions and solution design 

•     Provide technical guidance and support to offshore/onshore teams 

•     Collaborate with QA and business users during UAT phases 

Preferred Qualifications

•     Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2) 

•     Knowledge of microservices and cloud-based architectures 

•     Prior healthcare or insurance domain experience preferred 

•     SAP Commerce certification is a plus 

Nice to Have

•     Experience with Angular/React storefront integrations 

•     Knowledge of Spartacus storefront 

•     Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and Docker 

•     Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms 

Education

•     Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
