Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Role Description - ETL:
To support RDAR MRA program
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for enterprise data integration.
- Extract, transform, validate, and load data from multiple source systems.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and compliance across data workflows.
- Collaborate with business, AI, and application teams to deliver data solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices for data engineering deliverables.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, DataStage, or cloud-native data integration services.
- Proficiency in Python, Spark for large-scale data processing.
- Proficiency with APIs, JSON/XML, file-based integrations, and messaging platforms.
- Understanding of AI/ML data preparation requirements is a plus.
