We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Workday Integration Architect with 15+ years of Workday experience and strong expertise in Workday Integration, Studio, HCM, architecture, solutioning, and end-to-end implementation/support.

🔥 MUST HAVE

• 15+ years of overall Workday experience

• Strong Workday Integration Architecture experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Studio

• Strong experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio

• Excellent XSLT / XSLT 3.0 experience

• Strong experience with XML, JSON, CSV, flat files, and data transformations

• Experience with complex Studio integrations and performance optimization

• Strong Workday HCM technical experience

• Experience with Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Learning

• Strong HR domain knowledge and technical solutioning capabilities

• Experience with security configuration, integration security groups, and policies

• Experience supporting Workday releases and maintenance activities

• Strong program-level solutioning and effort estimation experience

🏗️ Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle within Workday.

• Plan and lead cross-functional initiatives for Workday product launches.

• Continuously improve the employee experience and optimize Workday interactions.

• Represent the Workday platform across the broader HR application landscape.

• Partner with business leaders and People Engineering teams to align technology objectives and programs.

• Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday functionality.

• Design and develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and primarily Workday Studio.

• Develop complex data transformations using XSLT/XSLT 3.0.

• Transform Workday data into flat files, JSON, CSV, delimited files, and external system formats.

• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and ensure data accuracy and platform stability.

• Review complex Studio designs and provide recommendations for performance and scalability improvements.

• Configure security groups and policies for integrations.

• Participate in bi-annual Workday releases, upgrades, and annual maintenance activities.

✅ Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of Workday experience strongly preferred/required.

• 5+ years implementing or managing Workday solutions, including program-level solutioning and estimation.

• 4+ years of technical Workday HCM configuration and implementation experience.

• Strong end-to-end integration experience across multiple applications.

• Extensive experience with complex Workday Studio builds.

• 2+ years supporting additional Workday products such as Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Learning.

• Deep HR domain expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting, architecture, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in complex and technically ambiguous environments.
