Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Order Management Lead to lead the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM), with a strong focus on the Order Management module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management, end-to-end order-to-cash processes, solution design, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Order Management.

  • Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing.

  • Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.

  • Configure Order Management rules, orchestration processes, fulfillment flows, and business policies.

  • Integrate Order Management with Inventory Management, Pricing, Shipping, Accounts Receivable, and other Oracle Fusion modules.

  • Lead functional workshops, solution reviews, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

  • Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, reports, and data migration.

  • Provide functional leadership, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

  • Troubleshoot complex functional issues and support post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM – Order Management.

  • Expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

  • Experience with order orchestration, fulfillment workflows, and Order Management configuration.

  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM integrations with Inventory, Pricing, Shipping, and Accounts Receivable.

  • Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, fit-gap analysis, and solution documentation.

  • Proven experience leading functional teams or Oracle Fusion SCM implementation workstreams.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration troubleshooting.

  • Experience with data conversion, SIT, UAT, cutover, and production support.

  • Oracle Fusion SCM certifications are a plus.

Work Location Requirement

This is an onsite opportunity in St. Louis, Missouri. Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite at the client location.
