DescriptionThis position is seeking an individual with
1+ year of systems administration experience, particularly with
Microsoft O365, including email security tools such as
Entra ID, Azure, and Active Directory.
The organization provides technology services and centralized support across multiple environments, including infrastructure, telecommunications, systems administration, and service desk operations. The technical team includes junior and senior specialists who handle software and hardware troubleshooting for a wide range of devices such as Chromebooks, PCs, Windows devices, smart boards, iPads, and other endpoint technologies. Experience supporting these types of technologies is a plus.
This role reports to a Managed Information Technology team lead. Candidates must have strong technical skills, foundational IT knowledge, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The environment requires working effectively with end users as well as technical leadership.
Role ResponsibilitiesThis individual will be responsible for hardware and software troubleshooting within a Windows environment. Part of the role includes supporting endpoint technologies such as Chromebooks, projectors, smart boards, and similar devices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desktop support background and a general understanding of networking principles. This includes the ability to troubleshoot network-related issues, familiarity with IP addressing, and experience with Cisco routers and switches. Proficiency with Active Directory-such as adding and deleting users-is essential. Strong communication skills are required to work effectively with end users and technical staff.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
