Job description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer with strong experience in Informatica and data integration to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization, transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and manage ETL workflows using Informatica to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
  • Perform data validation and data quality checks between source systems and reporting layers.
  • Integrate data from data warehouses, databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, ETL failures, and reporting issues.
  • Document data flows, data models, and reporting logic.
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Tableau development (Dashboards, Data Visualization, Calculations, Parameters).
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica ETL tools.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Experience working with data warehouses and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
  • Experience in data integration and ETL processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
