Job Description:
Sr. Digital Data Analyst

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Remote)

Role Overview

Our organization is looking for a Senior Digital Data Analyst to help shape how we measure, understand, and improve digital performance across our web experiences. In this role, you will support day-to-day digital analytics needs across website tagging, reporting, analysis, and data-driven personalization and experimentation. This role is best suited for an analyst who combines technical fluency, strong business judgment, and problem-solving skills to work through ambiguity and make sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support digital analytics across websites and digital experiences, including reporting, ad hoc analysis, and measurement planning.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear measurement approaches, reporting structures, and analytical frameworks.
  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, recurring reporting, KPI definitions, and insight-driven analyses.
  • Create, organize, and maintain analytics documentation, including measurement frameworks, KPI definitions, and process guidance.
  • Identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, then turn findings into clear recommendations.
  • Serve as a practitioner in Adobe Analytics, including segmentation, calculated metrics, attribution, workspace analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Review data, investigate anomalies, reconcile discrepancies, and catch errors.
  • Support day-to-day website tagging operations by helping define requirements, reviewing requests, validating implementation, and strengthening QA and governance processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure digital measurement is aligned with reporting, analysis, and optimization needs.
  • Support personalization and experimentation efforts with audience analysis, measurement planning, and test readouts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate repeatable work and improve workflows.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field. Strong experience in reporting, segmentation, analysis, and digital performance measurement is necessary. Experience supporting experimentation, personalization, or optimization initiatives is also required.

Technical Skills: Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics. A working knowledge of website tagging concepts, analytics QA, and data governance is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SEO measurement, content performance analysis, and digital growth strategies.
  • Experience in environments that are automating parts of the analytics workflow.
  • Exposure to measuring and interpreting emerging traffic patterns, including AI-driven traffic sources.
  • Experience evaluating or working with analytics tagging QA tools.
  • Power BI experience is preferred.
