Summary

Job Title: Master Control Operator
Job at a Glance: This role involves running live Major League Baseball (MLB) games, ensuring smooth live switching and broadcast operations.
Location: 4100 East Dry Creek Road Centennial Colorado 80122
Work Schedule: 36 hours / week, split into 6 hour shifts over 6 days
Pay Rate: $27/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Duration of Contract: 6-month contract with extension/conversion possibility
Responsibilities:

Oversee live broadcast operations, including switching live events to and from air.
Manage master control functions during live broadcasts.
Monitor and troubleshoot network and transmission issues, escalating to broadcast engineering as needed.
Coordinate and execute live event workflows from remote global locations.
Ensure successful on-air delivery of live event channels for major client broadcasts.
Conclude events and verify proper shutdown procedures post-broadcast.
Maintain communication with engineering teams for issue resolution and operational continuity.

Collaborate with a team of 19 operators to ensure adequate coverage for all scheduled events.

Required Skills:

Previous sports or other live broadcast QA experience
