DST Business Architect

CompQsoft is seeking a DST Business Architect to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals for the Army program.

Job Description:
• Refining High level Gov’t/User provided requirements into specific Use Cases and CONOPS for the development team to ensure clear informed understanding of the requirements and impacts on current DST operations. 10 years of experience working the Army process and the DST ensures no loss of time in moving requirements to deliverables in an effective manner
• Identifies critical data, data gaps and data contextual understanding required to meet the Gov’t/User provided requirements to the development team. Without this detailed and informed understanding from the SME capability the team would likely spend 2-3 x as much development time iterating on capability resulting in delays to critical accurate capability
• Works with the user and government community to support technical understanding of new capabilities and how those new capabilities impact the equipping mission (complex business rules). Requires in depth understanding of the process and the DST technology/data
• Understands the current and future Army policy, process, data and the DST technology platform to ensure we don’t develop capabilities that are not in line with expected changes (i.e. RE-ARMM, Modernization, Informed E Date, Divestiture)
• Technically supports critical analysis runs in DST for the All Army Course of Action and others which result in decision information directly impacting readiness. Feedback from these efforts with the users, informs follow on government requirements which can be communicated to the development team
• Based on the understanding of the data, process, policy and user demands supports technical testing of the application, beyond traditional test cases. This support provides unique feedback to the development team beyond what the other test teams provide
• Participates in critical working group meetings to ensure that the high level govt/user requirements can be communicated to development team in the proper context

Qualifications:
Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance prior to start.
