10 to 15 years of experience in IBM I / AS400

Expert level proficiency in SYNON, RPG, ILE/RPG, SQL RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, LANSA, LANSA for Web

Strong experience in DB2/400, MQ, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, FTP/SFTP

Hands-on experience with debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.

Integration and Modernization Experience integrating IBM i applications with Java, .NET, web applications, or cloud platforms.

Exposure to IBM i modernization tools and strategies Tools and Methodologies.

Experience with change management and version control tools (Aldon, TURNOVER, Git). Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.

Experience in solutioning, reviewing and validating technical documentation.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience working in a client-facing technical lead role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
