What does a successful Professional Services Technical Consultant do at Bank?

As a Professional Services Technical Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in ACH technologies to provide exceptional support to financial institutions. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Bank products, working closely with cross-functional project teams. Your role as a technical consulting professional will be critical in ensuring the success of Payments application projects and providing top-notch support to our clients.

What you will do:

  • Present yourself confidently in all customer-facing situations and provide excellent support to financial institution clients.
  • Lead technical aspects of project-based assignments and act as the Bank expert on the ACH team.
  • Work with cross-functional project teams to install and test high availability Payments applications.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and conduct smoke tests on Bank products using technologies such as JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot, and web services.
  • Provide technical platform support documentation as part of project deliverables.

What you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot, and web services.
  • 5+ years of experience with ACH APIs, specifically PEP+ Direct API, Exchange, and CommonView.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

  • 5+ years of experience with high availability Payments applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in crafting technical platform support documentation.
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing technical leadership roles.
  • Professional certifications relevant to ACH technologies or project management.
  • Familiarity with Bank products and services.
