Principal AI Engineer

Introduction:

As a Principal AI Engineer, you will be a key member of our AI team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI-driven products and services.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI models and algorithms using C#/NET, Go, Java, or Python.
Implement data modeling techniques to optimize AI performance.
Utilize tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor to enhance AI capabilities.
Adhere to SLC standards, including implementing guardrails and APIs for AI solutions.
Develop data pipelines and event-driven systems to support high-scale platforms.
Ensure code quality by following best practices and conducting thorough testing.
Implement CI/CD pipelines to deploy AI solutions efficiently.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Proficiency in C#/NET, Go, Java, or Python programming languages.
Experience with data modeling and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor tools for AI development.
Knowledge of SLC standards, including implementing guardrails and APIs.
Experience in developing data pipelines and event-driven systems.
Strong understanding of high-scale platforms and AI deployment.
Ability to ensure code quality through testing and best practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other AI frameworks and libraries.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Previous experience in developing AI solutions for diverse industries.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
