• 12+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into product features
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience working closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Data, and Business teams
• Ability to define KPIs, product metrics, and success criteria
• Experience with product lifecycle management from ideation to launch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar tools

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own and manage the product roadmap and prioritization process.

• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery.
• Present product updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.

• Experience managing SaaS, Digital, Enterprise, or Cloud-based products.
• Background in Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom industries.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics.

• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institute preferred.
