Role Overview

Seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead initiatives within the Business Integrated Solutions Division (BISD), focusing on enterprise adoption and governance of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate). This role combines program leadership, team management, governance, and hands-on low-code support, enabling business users to build scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program intake, prioritization, and resource allocation
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts supporting Power Platform tools
  • Oversee Power Platform Community of Practice
  • Drive training, workshops, and adoption strategies

Provide hands-on troubleshooting for:

  • Canvas Apps
  • Power Automate flows
  • Establish governance, standards, and lifecycle processes
  • Present program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and IT standards
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders
  • Manage risks and ensure stable program delivery

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in:
  • Technical Program Management OR
  • Product Ownership OR
  • Enterprise Application Delivery
  • Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)

Ability to:

  • Build or troubleshoot basic Canvas Apps / flows
  • Proven leadership & team development experience
  • Strong communication & executive presentation skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities & resource allocation

Knowledge of:

  • Governance
  • Application lifecycle management
  • IT processes
  • Bachelor’s degree (IT, CS, Business, or related)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Power BI
  • Dataverse
  • Microsoft certifications:
  • Power Platform / Azure
  • Low-code/no-code governance experience
  • Training / adoption / change management background
  • Public sector or transportation domain experience
  • Team leadership experience
