Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite/week, Only Local Candidates)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description 
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support the modernization of enterprise applications currently built on legacy technologies. This role will focus on rebuilding and enhancing existing systems using modern development frameworks to improve scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies.
  • Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.
  • Develop APIs and backend services using .NET C#.
  • Write efficient database queries and manage database components using SQL Server.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for clean, maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards, architecture patterns, and security best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Full Stack application development
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with React for front-end development
  • 5+ years of experience with .NET C# including API development and server-side logic
  • 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and development best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
