Technical Project Manager
Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and maintain the full project schedule in Microsoft Project, including dependencies, critical path, milestones, and resources.
Apply SDLC processes (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to manage requirements, development, testing, and deployment.
Communicate technical concepts and system impacts clearly to all stakeholders.
Identify and manage risks, issues, scope changes, and project governance activities.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive‑level updates.
Partner closely with the Senior Program Manager to ensure alignment on timelines, priorities, and strategy.
Required Qualifications

7–10+ years of technical project management experience,
Expert proficiency with MS Project schedule creation and maintenance.
Strong understanding of SDLC and project governance.
Ability to interpret technical information and work effectively with senior leaders and diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, PRINCE2, or similar.
Experience with one or more modernization (legacy replacement) and / or government/HHS projects.
