Role Overview

·       We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to join the Networking Sales Strategy & Planning (S&P) GTM team. This role is focused on three interconnected areas: GTM Programs, Sales Acceleration, and GTM Execution - serving as a critical driver of structured, cross-functional program delivery that moves the Networking business forward at scale.

·       The ideal candidate brings a mix of program management rigor, GTM intuition, and sales leadership facing experience. They are comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical level, building program frameworks one day and coordinating execution with field teams the next. Familiarity with Networking business, portfolio, and sales motion is a strong differentiator.

 

Key Responsibilities
GTM Programs

·       Design, launch, and manage strategic GTM programs focused on accelerating the Client Networking business.

·       Develop program charters, success metrics, milestone plans, and stakeholder communication cadences.

·       Track program health across workstreams; surface risks, dependencies, and blockers with recommendations for resolution.

·       Ensure GTM programs are tightly aligned to business priorities, fiscal year planning cycles, and leadership commitments.

 

Sales Acceleration

        Support the design and execution of Sales Acceleration initiatives that improve seller productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal conversion.

        Coordinate with field sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to align acceleration programs to seller needs and GTM priorities.

        Build and maintain the operational infrastructure for acceleration programs, tracking participation, measuring impact, and iterating on approach.

        Identify gaps in seller readiness or GTM coverage and translate them into structured program responses.

        Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy targeted plays, campaigns, and coverage motions across the Networking portfolio.

 

GTM Execution

        Drive end-to-end execution of GTM plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment between strategy, planning, and field delivery.

        Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to remove execution friction and maintain forward momentum.

        Prepare and present GTM execution updates for leadership, including status dashboards, QBR inputs, and initiative scorecards.

        Manage follow-through on leadership commitments, documenting decisions, tracking actions, and ensuring accountability across teams.

        Contribute to the design of team operating rhythms (MBRs, QBRs, planning sprints) that reinforce GTM execution discipline.

 

Minimum Requirements

·       5+ years of program or project management experience in a GTM or Sales Operations environment

·       Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional GTM programs from design through execution and measurement.

·       Must show direct experience working in or closely alongside a sales organization, such as Sales Operations, Sales Strategy & Planning, GTM Programs, or Sales Acceleration.

·       PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

·       Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and execution at scale

·       Track record of successfully coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations to deliver structured programs on time. Must demonstrate ability to influence without authority, manage competing priorities, and maintain alignment across matrixed teams.

·       Exceptional communication and executive-facing deliverable skills

·       Ability to produce polished, leadership-ready materials including program status decks, initiative scorecards, QBR inputs, and stakeholder briefings. Strong written communication skills required; experience presenting to senior sales leadership preferred.


Desired Skills

·       Familiarity with Networking business, portfolio, and sales motion
Working knowledge of Client’s Networking portfolio (e.g., SD-WAN, Catalyst, Meraki, Routing, Wireless, Switching) and the associated GTM and sales motions. Ability to quickly internalize technical business context and apply it to program priorities. Prior experience in the networking industry is a strong plus.

·       Experience in Sales Acceleration, GTM Programs, or sales supporting roles

·       Prior work in a Sales Acceleration, GTM Execution, or Sales Enablement capacity is highly desirable.

·       Candidates who have supported field teams through structured programs, campaigns, or coverage plays will stand out.

·       Strong analytical and strategic synthesis skills

·       Ability to distill complex cross-functional inputs into clear GTM program frameworks, executive dashboards, and action plans. Experience building scorecards, tracking KPIs, and connecting initiative progress to business outcomes preferred.

·       High proficiency with productivity and GTM tools

·       Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel required. Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM), project management platforms (Smartsheet, Asana, or equivalent), and Client internal planning tools is a plus
