Workday Finance / Accounting Center Analyst

We are seeking a Workday Finance Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Accounting Center to support configuration, automation, and enterprise financial initiatives. This role requires a solid financial background and the ability to understand and explain the why behind accounting processes, not just the system setup.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring Workday Accounting Center, working closely with Prism Analytics, and supporting large-scale automation efforts. A key focus of this role is helping drive the automation of 98% of revenue processes by year-end, as well as supporting the integration of enterprise data through Palantir within a broader enterprise framework.

Key Focus Areas:

Workday Accounting Center configuration and optimization
Prism Analytics support and reporting
Revenue automation initiatives – automation experience
Financial process understanding and analysis
Enterprise data integration - Exposure to data platforms or analytics tools (e.g., Palantir) is a plus.
Alignment with enterprise architecture and frameworks
