  • Support campaign setup changes, mapping/cost refreshes, reruns, reprocessing, and production corrections.
  • Review processing requirements and dependencies before campaigns are released for execution.
  • Monitor campaign end dates, processing requirements, and run eligibility to prevent unnecessary or incorrect executions.
  • Coordinate validated outputs and operational handoffs to downstream teams.

Quality Control & Data Validation

  • Perform or coordinate first-line QC for campaign outputs and investigate data anomalies before downstream delivery.
  • Review campaign processing results, trend checks, record/count validations, and other operational controls.
  • Support QC of portal files and monthly extracts and coordinate resolution of discrepancies with the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain evidence of completed QC and support downstream reviewers with data and investigation findings.
  • Help continuously strengthen operational controls to detect data or processing issues earlier.

Production Support & Issue Management

  • Act as an onshore point of contact for production issues, failed jobs, unexpected campaign results, data discrepancies, and operational questions.
  • Perform initial triage and determine whether issues require operational correction or escalation to Data Management, Product Support, Development, Data Ingestion, or other platform teams.
  • Collect logs, queries, screenshots, processing details, and other evidence required for technical investigation.
  • Coordinate retesting and validation following production fixes.
  • Track operational issues through closure and communicate status, impact, dependencies, and resolution clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support incident management and recurring-problem/root-cause analysis.

Stakeholder & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work closely with Client Engagement/Account Coordinators, Data Management Operations, CHIP Support, Product Support, Development, Config, Data Ingestion, and partner teams.
  • Translate business-facing operational issues into clearly defined technical/support requests.
  • Coordinate missing inputs, campaign exceptions, mapping decisions, QC findings, reruns, and redeliveries.
  • Provide timely operational status and clearly communicate risks, blockers, downstream impacts, and required decisions.
  • Participate in operational stand-ups, campaign reviews, issue discussions, and planning activities.

Operational Governance & Documentation

  • Maintain operational trackers, support tickets, processing status, dependencies, and issue documentation.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures and support documentation remain aligned with current production processes.
  • Identify recurring manual tasks, production failure patterns, and opportunities for automation or standardization.
  • Support implementation of new operational controls and transition new capabilities into steady-state production support.
  • Follow defined approval and change-control processes for high-impact reruns, refreshes, or production changes.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in data operations, production support, application/platform support, campaign operations, analytics operations, or a similar data-intensive environment.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and validate large datasets and investigate data discrepancies.
  • Experience supporting scheduled production workflows, batch processing, or data pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform first-level analysis before escalating issues.
  • Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and operational quality-control processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaign deliverables, incidents, and operational priorities.
