Job Summary

We are looking for an SME-level SQL Developer with deep expertise in MS SQL Server 2022 and advanced T-SQL development. The role focuses on high-performance database optimization, high availability, and modernization of legacy systems for a mission-critical on-premise solution.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize high-performance database objects

Write efficient stored procedures, UDFs, and triggers

Improve query performance and transaction handling

Implement physical database design and storage optimization

Work with SQL Profiler, Extended Events, Query Store

Support high availability and reliability solutions

Refactor legacy systems using modern SQL capabilities

Manage database security (roles & permissions)

Collaborate in Agile teams for full SDLC delivery

Mandatory Skills

5+ years in SQL Development

Strong expertise in MS SQL Server (2022 preferred)

Advanced T-SQL programming

Performance tuning & query optimization

Experience with High Availability setups

Database security and access control
