Power Platform / Dynamics 365 CE Developer & Release Manager
Remote | Contract / Contract-to-Hire
Are you a Dynamics 365 CE Developer who enjoys building scalable CRM solutions and driving smooth, reliable releases? We're looking for a Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE Developer & Release Manager to join a growing Marketing Systems team and play a key role in the development, deployment, and support of business-critical CRM applications.
What You'll Do

Customize and enhance Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, C#, and JavaScript
Extend and manage Dataverse-powered applications
Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and third-party platforms
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Own release management processes and ensure successful deployments across environments
Manage solution packaging, version control, deployment planning, and release documentation
Support governance, security, documentation, and coding standards
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous platform improvements

Required Experience

3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, C#, and JavaScript
Experience working with Dataverse and Microsoft 365 integrations
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and solution management practices
Strong understanding of Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Experience gathering requirements and collaborating directly with business stakeholders
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

Nice to Have

Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600
SharePoint Online experience
Experience supporting marketing systems or customer engagement platforms
Agile/Scrum environment experience
Background supporting AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) organizations

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on Dynamics 365 development and release management ownership. While Azure DevOps experience is beneficial, the team is primarily seeking someone with strong Dynamics 365 CE expertise and a solid understanding of release management and ALM best practices.
