Seeking a results-oriented Senior AI Solutions Lead to bridge business operations, data, and technology by identifying AI opportunities, building hands-on POCs/MVPs, and driving AI adoption in the Automotive, Retail, or Supply Chain sectors. You will turn business challenges into measurable AI solutions while ensuring compliance with enterprise AI governance.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategy & Transformation: Identify, prioritize, and translate business challenges into practical AI/GenAI use cases across Automotive, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience.
· Solution Development: Hands-on design, testing, and deployment of AI/GenAI POCs, pilots, and MVPs. Partner with IT to scale successful projects to production.
· Data & Analytics: Query and analyze enterprise structured/unstructured data; define KPIs and value realization metrics.
· Governance & Compliance: Ensure all AI initiatives follow AI Risk Assessment processes, Steering Committee guidance, and responsible AI practices.
Key Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
· Experience:
o 10 years in Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, AI, or ML.
o 2–3 years of hands-on experience delivering AI/GenAI use cases with measurable ROI.
o Domain expertise in Automotive, Retail, Aftermarket, or Supply Chain.
· Technical Skills: Python, SQL, Prompt Engineering, ML, Generative AI, Databricks, Snowflake, Cloud platforms, ETL pipelines, and APIs.
· Mandatory Certifications: Must hold at least one recognized AI certification (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty, Google Cloud Platform ML Engineer, Databricks ML, etc.).
Preferred Attributes
· Strong storyteller capable of presenting AI business cases to executive leadership.
· Hands-on experience with recommendation engines, chatbots/agents, demand forecasting, or tools like Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot.
