Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

On-Call Rotation: Required every 4 weeks
Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and reliable
Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Texarkana, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and upkeep of building systems and infrastructure. This role requires hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Plumbing: Repair and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems.
- Electrical: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including wiring, outlets, and lighting systems.
- Carpentry: Perform basic carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, walls, windows, and furniture.
- HVAC: Inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and reports.
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes.
Requirements:- Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role, with proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor as needed.
- Availability for on-call duty every 4 weeks.
