Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Data Science, GenAI, and Data Engineering. The ideal candidate should have 100% delivery ownership experience, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and the capability to articulate complex solutions, lead client conversations, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Own end to end delivery of Data Science, GenAI, and Data Engineering initiatives.
- Ensure high quality, on time delivery across multiple client engagements.
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Client Engagement & Communication
- Lead client discussions, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions with confidence and clarity.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Proactively manage expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide strategic guidance on Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI use cases.
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, architecture, and implementation.
- Review project deliverables and ensure alignment with standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide cross functional teams including DS, DE, and ML engineers.
- Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven 100% delivery ownership in data driven projects (DS/ML/GenAI/DE).
- Strong understanding of Data Science concepts, ML lifecycle, and emerging GenAI technologies.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Experience leading high-impact client conversations and steering solution direction.
- Background in Data Science + Data Engineering preferred.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with MLOps, LLM Ops, or productionizing AI solutions.
- Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
