Summary
Title: PMO Project Manager
Location: New York, NY 10004 (Onsite)
Duration: 14 Months
Mandatory Qualifications:
Minimum 4 -7 years of experience as a PMO Project Manager and experience working in a PMO supporting Health and Human Services Eligibility system supporting at least one of the following domains: Medicaid, Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or Childcare with proven experience in data conversion and data modeling, including working with Legacy systems, ETL teams, and validating data quality.
Desirable Qualifications:
* 1-5 years of experience in data governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
* 1-2 years of experience working with technical teams, data analysts, integration partners, and leading technical discussions.
* 4-5 years' experience with Agile development and technical projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Current PMP or project management certification through the Project Management Institute.
