Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking Systems Engineers to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert technical leadership in the development, documentation, and integration of concepts of operations, design specifications, system requirements, and engineering management plans
Conduct implementation planning and test plans as part of a team with senior executives, project managers, data scientists, and engineers.
Define and document concepts of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development.
Perform high-level systems design.
Specify system/component performance and interface requirements.
Develop installation, integration, and acceptance test plans.
Continuously assess existing organizational processes and work products to optimize strategic and tactical efforts.
Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure solutions satisfy requirements.
Define and communicate shared technical and architectural vision for solutions.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technical discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, physics, etc.).
Clearance Requirements:
TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
