Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Java Developer to join our technology team in Wilmington, DE. 
The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, 
Microservices, and modern front-end technologies such as Angular or React. The candidate should be passionate about designing 
high-quality software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative applications in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level web applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks.
Build RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Integrate front-end applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Full Stack Java Development.
Strong experience with Java 8/11/17.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
Experience building Microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
Experience with Angular (10+) or React.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Strong SQL writing and database optimization skills.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Knowledge of Maven and Gradle.
Familiarity with JUnit, Mockito, and testing frameworks.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ messaging platforms.
Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SAML, and enterprise security practices.
Exposure to SonarQube, Nexus, and application performance monitoring tools.
Financial Services or Banking domain experience is a plus.
