Job Title: Vice President of Data Platforms and AI
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Data Platforms and AI to join our client and lead enterprise-wide data strategy and innovation initiatives within the healthcare sector. This executive role will drive advanced analytics, AI adoption, and data governance to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. The position is remote, with occasional travel to offices in St. Louis, MO or Frisco, TX (4 6 times per year). This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering a chance to shape the organization s data-driven future.
Compensation:
$170,000 $200,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:30 PM EST
Key Responsibilities of the Vice President of Data Platforms and AI:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives and healthcare compliance standards.
• Oversee data governance, security, and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and HITRUST certification initiatives.
• Lead advanced analytics and AI programs to enable predictive insights and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Design and manage scalable data architecture and infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions and data lake environments.
• Build and mentor a high-performing data team, fostering innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications and Skills for the Vice President of Data Platforms and AI:

• Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10 15+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and technology leadership roles.
• Strong background in healthcare data compliance, governance, and security standards.
• Expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional collaboration at the executive level.
