Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead - Hybrid for a 12+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This role is for a seasoned leader to join the Service Management Transformation program, responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of ITSM capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow ITSM implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, disciplined execution, and measurable value realization across the portfolio.
Responsibilities: - Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects of varying complexity
- Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, financials, and resourcing
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate to initiative needs
- Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking
- Ensure initiatives comply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls
- Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to mitigate delivery, operational, and technical risks
Requirements: - Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
- Experience leading work in matrixed and/or global environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to measurable business outcomes
- Proven ability to influence, communicate, and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud and AI technologies
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training
Desired skills: - PMP Certification
- Certified Scrum Master
- SAFe / Agile certifications
- Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- PM / PO certifications
Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
