The Project Coordinator - Infrastructure supports the successful delivery of low voltage systems projects by coordinating tasks, schedules, documentation, and communication across stakeholders. This role works closely with project managers to ensure timelines, quality standards, and project objectives are met. The coordinator plays a critical role in tracking progress, mitigating risks, and supporting onsite project execution. This position directly contributes to the efficiency and success of infrastructure deployments.

Key Responsibilities
Track and manage project tasks including change orders, RFCs, and project-related documentation to ensure timely completion.
Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and management to facilitate clear and effective communication.
Collaborate with the project manager to maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines and milestones are achieved.
Identify, assess, and assist in mitigating project risks that could impact scope, schedule, or quality.
Create, organize, and maintain accurate project documentation such as plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and support corrective actions as needed.
Address and resolve project issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
Perform onsite support activities including job walks, inventories, job start meetings, and coordination with internal departments.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing project files, procuring equipment, reviewing estimates and proposals, and processing invoices.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting low voltage systems projects, including LAN, WLAN, VOIP/PA, surveillance systems, and intrusion systems.
Experience with project coordination, task tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
Ability to work onsite and travel to project locations as required.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Preferred (Optional):
Experience supporting infrastructure projects in educational or enterprise environments.
Familiarity with project reporting, risk tracking, and KPI monitoring.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $30 - $40 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
