Job Title: AI Agent Engineer

Location: Remote

Contract (W2)

Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design, develop, and operationalize AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, OI ATLAS, and enterprise LLM platforms.

·         Build and manage agent orchestration workflows for multi-step reasoning, tool execution, memory handling, and autonomous decision-making.

·         Integrate LLMs with enterprise data platforms, APIs, event-driven systems, and retrieval pipelines.

·         Design and implement human-in-the-loop (HIL) approval workflows, policy enforcement, safety guardrails, and governance controls.

·         Develop prompt engineering frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and model testing strategies to improve output quality and reduce hallucinations.

·         Implement observability, telemetry, tracing, and alerting across AI agent platforms using enterprise monitoring tools.

·         Optimize AI agent performance, latency, scalability, cost efficiency, and production reliability.

·         Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate AI solutions with platforms such as Databricks and enterprise data lakes.

·         Work closely with product, security, architecture, and business stakeholders to define agent behavior, compliance requirements, and deployment strategies.

·         Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, experimentation frameworks, and technical mentoring for engineering teams

Qualifications:

AI Agent Engineer: Develops, configures, and operationalizes AI data agents using LangGraph, Azure OpenAI, and OI ATLAS frameworks

Build agent orchestration workflows

• Integrate LLMs with data pipelines

• Configure HIL approval and guardrails

• Implement agent observability and telemetry

• Optimize agent performance and reliability

Python, LangGraph, LLM APIs, prompt engineering

Educational Qualifications:

• Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
• Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

·   Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
