Summary

Overview:

GovCIO is currently hiring IT Management Lead of Normal Operations to support our US Mint program. This position will be located within the Washington, DC and will be a fully onsite position opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Manage process and technology improvement programs and projects
Ensure effective and efficient operations of technology departments.
Assess and mitigate operational risks.
Lead a team responsible for addressing tickets in ServiceNow

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s in Info Systems or relevant Field with 15+ years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

15 years? experience managing process and technology improvement programs and projects, ensuring effective and efficient operations of technology departments, while also assessing and mitigating risk.
Strong operational leadership in IT departments.
Risk management expertise.

Clearance Required: Must be able to attain and maintain a US MINT Public Trust

Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience managing a team responsible for addressing tickets in ServiceNow preferred.
