Job Title: SAP MM Consultant – Apparel & Fashion

Remote role - Canada/ LATAM/Nearshore

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with strong Apparel and Fashion industry expertise to support and enhance SAP Materials Management processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end MM configuration and deep understanding of apparel-specific supply chain, sourcing, and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP MM modules including Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, and Invoice Verification.

• Work closely with business users to map Apparel & Fashion processes such as seasonal procurement, style/color/size management, and fast-moving inventory.

• Integrate SAP MM with SD, PP, FICO, WM/EWM and retail systems.

• Support purchase orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, and consignment processes.

• Handle stock management scenarios including batch management, valuation, and split valuation relevant to apparel products.

• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, rollouts, and production support.

• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.

• Support UAT, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM.

• Strong experience in Apparel & Fashion industry (mandatory).

• In-depth knowledge of procurement, inventory management, pricing, and vendor management.

• Experience handling style, color, size (SKU-level) complexity.

• Good understanding of retail supply chain and merchandising processes.

• Experience working in S/4HANA environments is preferred.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP IS-Retail or SAP Fashion Management (S/4 Fashion).

• Knowledge of WM/EWM in apparel warehousing.

• Exposure to RFID, barcode scanning, and retail POS integration.

• Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• SAP MM Certification is a plus
