Title: ServiceNow Senior Data & Integration Architect

Location: Remote Position

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Clearance Requirement: Active Secret

Required Skills:

• Data Architecture Design &Implementation: Advanced
• Data Migration: Advanced Integration Architecture: Advanced
• JavaScript/Glidescript: Advanced
• SQL Server Database Admin: Advanced
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including significant recent work as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead.
• Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and App Engine for custom application development; exposure to ITSM and SPM is a plus.
• Extensive experience establishing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and integration hub spokes; experience with cloud AI/ML tools is desirable.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, DoD/Client cybersecurity and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, RMF), and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Agile methodology: Intermediate
• ServiceNow App Engine: Intermediate
• ServiceNow HRSD - Emp Service Center: Intermediate
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and/or Architect certification
• Experience supporting or leading ServiceNow projects within the defense sector or similarly regulated environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, multidisciplinary team.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
