Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer to support and enhance enterprise Oracle EBS applications with a strong focus on
HCM and Financials. This is a
direct-hire, long-term opportunity for a hands-on developer who takes ownership of complex technical solutions in a stable, mission-driven environment.
This is a
technical development role, not functional.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, test, and support RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows)
- Build and enhance Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL packages, and workflows
- Develop and support integrations, interfaces, and data conversions
- Customize Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and XML Publisher solutions
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle EBS issues across HCM and Financials
Required Experience- Strong hands-on Oracle EBS R12 development experience
- Proven experience supporting both Oracle HCM and Financials modules
- Demonstrated RICEFW development expertise
- Advanced skills in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Workflow
- Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, tables, and public APIs
- Experience with AOL setups and concurrent programs
- Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills- BI Publisher / XML Publisher
- OAF, SOA (12c), JDeveloper
- Shell scripting, Java, JavaScript
- Git or Bitbucket
Work Setup- 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
- East Coast hours preferred

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
