We're hiring an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer to support and enhance enterprise Oracle EBS applications with a strong focus on HCM and Financials. This is a direct-hire, long-term opportunity for a hands-on developer who takes ownership of complex technical solutions in a stable, mission-driven environment.
This is a technical development role, not functional.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and support RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows)
• Build and enhance Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL packages, and workflows
• Develop and support integrations, interfaces, and data conversions
• Customize Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and XML Publisher solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle EBS issues across HCM and Financials

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on Oracle EBS R12 development experience
• Proven experience supporting both Oracle HCM and Financials modules
• Demonstrated RICEFW development expertise
• Advanced skills in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Workflow
• Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, tables, and public APIs
• Experience with AOL setups and concurrent programs
• Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• BI Publisher / XML Publisher
• OAF, SOA (12c), JDeveloper
• Shell scripting, Java, JavaScript
• Git or Bitbucket

Work Setup

• 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
• East Coast hours preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
