Summary

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Dauphin County, PA (Hybrid)
Position Overview:
The Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs, analyze organizational processes, and recommend solutions that help achieve strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Business Analysis:
  • Experience using formal requirements gathering methodologies.
  • Experience conducting facilitated workshops for requirements analysis.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles, practices, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and technical writing skills.
Requirements Management:
  • Experience developing Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
  • Experience developing Functional Requirements.
  • Experience developing User/Stakeholder Requirements.
  • Experience developing Non-Functional Requirements, including:
  • Performance
  • Scalability
  • Security
  • Usability
  • Quality of Service (QoS)
Process Analysis & Documentation:
  • Experience creating workflows using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
  • Experience developing graphic representations of complex business processes.
  • Experience developing Report Specifications, including report purpose, attributes, ownership, and runtime parameters.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university OR equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in government or public-sector environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Experience supporting large-scale business process improvement initiatives.
