Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, pediatricians, internists, specialists, dentists, and behavioral health providers
Manage a patient panel with an average of 18-20 patients per day
Deliver culturally sensitive and high-quality care to low-income and underserved communities
Participate in preventative healthcare and chronic disease management
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in alignment with clinic protocols

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active California Medical License (or eligibility)
Valid DEA License
Strong commitment to serving underserved populations
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
