Job Title: Project Manager – GenAI Engineering
Location Austin/Sunnyvale
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to Generative AI programs and engineering delivery. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional GenAI initiatives, manage engineering teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of AI-driven enterprise solutions for large-scale technology environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Generative AI and AI/ML projects.
Manage cross-functional teams including GenAI Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Developers.
Drive project planning, sprint execution, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
Monitor project progress, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Ensure Agile/Scrum methodologies are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with architecture and engineering teams on LLM-based solutions and AI platform integration.
Track KPIs, project metrics, and delivery milestones.
Facilitate client meetings, status reporting, and executive-level presentations.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise AI standards.
Required Skills
Strong Project Management experience in IT/Software Engineering projects.
Experience managing Generative AI / AI/ML projects.
Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
PMP / Scrum Master certification preferred.
Experience working with enterprise technology clients.
Exposure to OpenAI, LangChain, Vector Databases, or AI orchestration frameworks is a plus.
Experience Required
8+ years of Project Management experience.
2+ years of exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI programs preferred.
