Description: Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Management professional to support a complex, large-scale initiative within our organization. In this contingent assignment, you will leverage your expertise to analyze multifaceted data challenges, advise on strategic data initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact outcomes.
You will review and evaluate complex data issues that require deep analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate unprecedented scenarios. This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage with both upstream data providers and downstream data consumers to ensure alignment, accuracy, and quality across the data lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Consult on complex, high-visibility Data Management initiatives with broad enterprise impact.
- Analyze multi-dimensional, large-scale, or long-term data challenges, including situations involving intangible or novel factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of intricate data issues by applying deep knowledge of Data Governance policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Partner strategically with client and project stakeholders to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of data-related objectives.
- Communicate effectively with business partners and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across upstream and downstream data touchpoints.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, OR equivalent experience gained through a combination of work, consulting, military service, education, or training.
- Experience in Residential Mortgages, including understanding of FNMA processes and requirements.
- Proven ability to manage projects and communicate insights and requirements clearly to technical and business audiences.
Preferred Qualifications- Hands-on experience with:
- Jira
- Agile methodologies
- Confluence
- SQL
- Exposure to Investment Banking products and related financial data structures.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
