Job Description:
Apex Systems is hiring a Solution Designer for a large Healthcare client.

Location: Fully remote anywhere in the US.

Role Overview

This role provides solution design for workflow, collaboration, intake, content management, and enterprise digital asset management (DAM) applications. The position involves engaging with user groups for discovery and requirements collection, presenting findings, collaborating on effective solutions, and developing integrations, automations, and advanced workflows between systems. This role will also manage enhancement projects in partnership with team members and IT partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and architect integrations between Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Workfront.
• Design end-to-end workflows spanning campaign planning, creative development, content approvals, asset management, and content publication.
• Support the transition from the legacy Wrike platform to Adobe Workfront, establishing it as the central work management platform.
• Partner with marketing, creative, operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and scalable.
• Facilitate technical discussions between business and IT groups and work with workstream leads to identify and address issues and risks.
• Produce logical and physical solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Create bi-weekly status communications and manage the communication plan.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience: 5+ years of related experience is required. This includes designing enterprise-scale marketing workflows and working in large, complex, regulated environments such as healthcare or financial services.

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Understanding of API-based integrations and the ability to create technical requirements for development teams.
• Experience with the content lifecycle (creation, collaboration, and publishing).

Soft Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
• Skilled at translating business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, AEM Assets, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Knowledge of the Workfront Planning module.
• Familiarity with OpenText Media Management (OTMM), Wrike, or Jira.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position. The preferred time zone for work is Pacific Time, but Eastern Time is also acceptable. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders across different time zones.
