Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB, and will be responsible for leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices in ServiceNow implementations.

The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow applications
- Participate in upgrade and patch activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
- Experience with Service Portal and UI Policies
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: FSM (Field Service Management), SOM (Service Order Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), and ITSM (IT Service Management)
