Senior Talent Acquisition – US Executive Search

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior sales, leadership, and executive-level positions in the US market.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

• Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for sales leaders, senior managers, and executives.

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.

• Lead executive search, headhunting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.

• Plan and execute recruitment campaigns, hiring events, roadshows, and talent acquisition initiatives.

• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.

• Track recruitment progress, maintain ATS records, and provide regular hiring reports.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Meet hiring targets and deliver recruitment requirements within agreed timelines.
