ServiceNow HRSD Functional Consultant, Remote
We have an immediate need for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Support Specialist / HR Business Process Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), HR process optimization, and HR service delivery operations to analyze, design, implement, and support optimized HR processes on the ServiceNow platform.
This is a remote position supporting a client based in Santa Clara, CA for a candidate with deep experience in ServiceNow HRSD, HR Case Management, COE, COE Security Policies, HR Criteria, HR Services, Assignment and Matching Rules, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Virtual Agent/Live Chat, Advanced Work Assignment, Agent Workspace, Document Management, Universal Request, Employee Journey Management, Reporting & Dashboards, UI/Data Translations, Automated Test Framework, upgrades, cloning, deployments, and ServiceNow backend/frontend development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading HR workshops, gathering requirements, designing current- and future-state processes, creating user stories and functional specifications, supporting UAT and change management, and driving ServiceNow HRSD adoption across complex HR environments.
No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
