Key Responsibilities & Duties
System Configuration: Leading the configuration, setup, and optimization of Manhattan Active WM (e.g., UI configuration, pick strategies, wave management, and parcel manifesting).
Implementation & Testing: Driving full-cycle implementations, including requirement gathering, system design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live support.
Process Optimization: Analyzing warehouse workflows (inbound, replenishment, returns, labor management) and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
Integration Management: Managing interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MHE (Material Handling Equipment), and TMS.
Troubleshooting: Providing functional support for Manhattan WMOS/Active solutions by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
