Position: Senior AI/ML Ops Support Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

Contract: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Ops Support Engineer to join our team and support enterprise-scale AI/ML applications in production environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Monitor model performance, drift, and data quality issues in production
✔ Support CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and versioning
✔ Manage model retraining schedules, batch/real-time pipelines, and inference jobs
✔ Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
✔ Maintain operational dashboards, reporting, and SLA/SLO compliance
✔ Support application releases, patching, and environment maintenance

🔹 Required Skills:
✅ Strong Production/Application Support experience
✅ Python & SQL troubleshooting expertise
✅ Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
✅ MLOps Tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Azure ML
✅ Docker & Kubernetes
✅ CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
✅ Monitoring Tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Azure Monitor

⭐ Preferred:
• Healthcare/Payer domain experience
• Spark, Airflow, Databricks
• Model Governance & Explainability Frameworks
