Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing expert oversight and management of complex identity management operations using SailPoint IIQ and Java technologies. The individual ensures operational excellence, drives continuous service improvement, and delivers innovative solutions in line with client requirements. They empower and guide support teams to maintain high service standards and ensure robust identity and access management across large-scale environments.

(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead identity management operations using SailPoint IIQ and Java, ensuring high system availability, rapid issue resolution, and continuous compliance with client SLAs.

2. Drive process optimization initiatives by analyzing operational workflows and implementing automation and enhancements with SailPoint IIQ tools and Java-based integrations.

3. Mentor and guide support teams in advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and best practices for identity governance using SailPoint IIQ and Java.

4. Manage critical escalations and provide expert-level solutions in SailPoint IIQ and Java for access provisioning, deprovisioning, and governance failures.

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex client requirements into actionable operational solutions using SailPoint IIQ policy configurations and Java customizations.

6. Champion innovation by evaluating new features in SailPoint IIQ and integrating advanced Java-based connectors or APIs to improve system capabilities and operational efficiency.

7. Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements through expert configuration and monitoring of SailPoint IIQ and related Java components.
