What You'll Bring:- 15+ years' experience in portfolio and program management, strategic planning
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics or information systems. Masters preferred.
- Experience in program governance, defining standards, creating playbooks, establishing operating models
- Proficiency with KPIs, metrics, reports, dashboards and analytics
- Ability to act independently, operate with ambiguity, facilitate decisions, lead teams and functions
- Demonstrable ability to create strategies and plans, influence others, resolve conflict, build consensus
- Experience with post-merger integration preferred
- Knowledge of best practices in data modeling and data architecture
- Process improvement experience, Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus
- Portfolio and program management experience, PMP preferred
- Experience with organizational change management methodologies, specifically Prosci, a plus
Impact You'll Make:This role will act as a key leader of governance for the Salesforce ecosystem as managed by the TruOps team within Global Operations. The role is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and high-level roadmap to transform operational processes (lead-to-service) on the Salesforce platform for the B2B customer lifecycle. The role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across the lead-to-service ecosystem (marketing, sales, pricing, legal, operations and billing, service) to establish consistent governance processes for implementing the vision and strategy for the Salesforce ecosystem. The role will define and monitor KPIs and dashboards to measure effectiveness of both the Salesforce program and the capabilities enabled within the Salesforce ecosystem and be responsible for the governance of reporting and analytics on the platform. The role will lead a team responsible for creating and managing playbooks for operational processes for international roadmap and deployment of Salesforce, acquisition integration onto the Salesforce platform and new product/solution onboarding onto the Salesforce platform. The Platform and Data Governance team will have the opportunity to establish a master data strategy to govern the standards, guiding principles, tools and management of core data leveraged across the Salesforce platform and other TU functions and tools.
Strategic Leadership:
- Partner with peer governance leaders, executive stakeholders and Global Technology to develop and socialize an enterprise-wide, multi-year shared vision, goals, and roadmap for the Lead-to-Service Salesforce ecosystem aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to KPIs and outcomes to measure both the effectiveness of the Salesforce ecosystem and the efficiency of the governance team.
- Promote global, consistent, integrated, end-to-end processes on the Salesforce platform and efficient, automated, collaborative governance processes for internal collaboration.
Program Management
- Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to create and manage roadmap, considering business priorities, dependencies across initiatives, and funding requirements.
- Reconcile budget planning, resource allocation, and vendor relationships across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Manage catalog of applications and managed packages integrated into the Salesforce ecosystem with a focus on optimizing capabilities, minimizing cost, and avoiding redundancy. Engage with the business on their needs, conduct application assessment, partner with procurement team on contracts.
Playbooks for Execution
- Create playbook for consistent, collaborative engagement:
- Reporting and Analytics: with cross-functional leaders to establish reporting and analytics standards for user, manager and executive level reporting in Salesforce and Business Intelligence platforms.
- Product/Solution Onboarding: with product/solution teams to provide detailed plan of activities to activate products and solutions on the Salesforce platform across the product lifecycle.
- Acquisition Integration: with acquired companies to scope, size and plan for integration of acquired company's processes, data and teams onto the Salesforce platform and retirement of redundant tools and systems.
- International Planning: with countries and regions to scope, size and plan for international deployment of capabilities with detailed
Master Data Management
- Create strategy and processes for mastering key data in the Salesforce ecosystem, including models, standards, governance, data quality, monitoring, security and compliance.
- Partner cross-functionally to operationalize plan with owners and stewards.
- Create and execute plan to rationalize and clean up data to new master standards and implement controls to sustain data quality.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :The U.S. base salary range for this position is $166,800.00 - $250,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
