IAM Engineer (Google Cloud Platform)

 Role Overview:

• We are looking for a Google Cloud Platform IAM Engineer to support identity and access management within Google Cloud environments.
• The role focuses on implementing and managing secure access controls, automating IAM processes, and supporting application onboarding in a regulated environment.

What You''ll Do:

• Configure and manage Google Cloud Platform IAM roles, bindings, service accounts, and policies
• Automate IAM provisioning using Terraform
• Support secure application onboarding and access management
• Troubleshoot IAM and access-related issues
• Work with security, cloud, network, and platform teams
• Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform IAM, including roles, permissions, service accounts, and access policies
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure and IAM automation
• Experience with Python scripting for automation or validation
• Ability to work with Git-based workflows and standard change/release processes

Nice to Have:

• Kubernetes experience
• Golang experience
• AWS-to-Google Cloud Platform policy or workload migration experience
• Experience working in regulated or controlled environments
• Knowledge of IAM policy inheritance and least-privilege access
