Loan IQ Operations Specialist

Job Title: Loan IQ Operations Analyst
Duration: 12-month contract (opportunity for extension and conversion)
Schedule: Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Loan Operations Analyst with strong expertise in Loan IQ and syndicated lending. This role will support the onboarding and servicing of complex credit facilities, ensuring accurate loan processing, deal setup, and execution of funding events.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Loan IQ to onboard new credit facilities and process loan bookings
• Set up and maintain complex deal structures within the system
• Execute funding events, including drawdowns, repayments, and rollovers
• Review and interpret syndicated loan documentation such as credit agreements, term sheets, amendments, and fee letters
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Support lifecycle events across various syndicated lending products

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Loan IQ (required)
• Strong knowledge of syndicated loan documentation and the ability to interpret legal agreements
• Experience working with syndicated lending products, including:
  
  
  
  • Revolvers
  • Term Loans
  • Delayed Draw Term Loans (DDTLs)
  • Swinglines
  • Letters of Credit
  • Multi-currency loan structures
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex transactions

Preferred Skills

• Experience in loan operations within a financial services or banking environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
